We currently ship within Ohio only.
Orders over $45 ship free, thank you for supporting local! 💛
Each chocolate bar is handcrafted in small batches.
Please allow 5–7 days for us to prepare your order, although we usually ship much faster — most packages go out within 2–3 days.
We ship 2–3 times a week to ensure freshness. During warm months, we include insulation and cooling gel packs to protect your order.
If the weather looks too hot, we may hold your shipment for a day or two until it’s safe to send.
Once your package is on the way, you’ll receive an email with tracking information.
Delivery typically takes 2–4 business days.
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order — if a package is returned due to an incorrect address, a $10 re-shipment fee applies.
Local Pickup / Personal Delivery
If you’re in Cleveland area, you can select Local Pickup at checkout.
This means we’ll personally coordinate a time and place to meet and hand you your order.
Since each batch is made to order, please allow 5–7 days for preparation before scheduling a pickup, though most orders are ready in just 2–3 days.
Once your chocolate is ready, we’ll email you to arrange a time that works best for both of us.
We’re flexible and always happy to find a convenient moment.
