MY PHILOSOPHY
Hi, I’m Alisa — the creator of Carob Chocolate.
My journey into wellness started when I was 15 and was diagnosed with psoriasis. That moment led me to explore natural healing, clean eating, and the power of herbs and nutrition. What began as a personal need slowly turned into a passion and way of life.
I’ve been vegetarian for over 12 years — not just for health, but because it aligns with my values. I choose not to eat meat or dairy, because I believe in minimizing harm wherever I can. It’s a personal choice rooted in compassion, mindfulness, and a deep respect for the world around me.
I also avoid refined sugar, coffee, and processed foods — not because of strict rules, but because I’ve learned to listen to my body. Fresh, vibrant, whole foods give me energy, balance, and a true sense of joy.
I believe that food should serve life — not just satisfy cravings, but nourish the body, lift the spirit, and support our well-being.
I’m also passionate about sport, movement, nature in all its forms, and learning how what we eat affects how we feel — physically and emotionally.
That’s how I found carob. It’s naturally sweet, caffeine-free, and full of fiber. I made my first bar just for myself, then for friends… and I realized how much people are looking for sweets that actually make them feel good after eating.
Carob Chocolate is born from that idea: to enjoy something delicious, kind to your body, made with love and intention.
This is not just a healthy alternative — it’s my way of sharing joy, balance, and a little magic through food.
